About
Glitter Paradise is a small independent jewelry brand, made in France since 2008.
The creations are handmade with a lot of love ♡ by Glitter, in her sunny workshop overlooking the azure sea of southern France.
Glitter loves to travel, she was born in Africa, where she grew up, until she was 18 years old, she lived in other countries thereafter, such as Australia, the Canary Islands, England, Ecuador, and travel around the world.
Glitter is trilingual, you can speak English, Spanish, or French to her.
During her many adventures, Glitter is always on the hunt for retro jewelry & vintage finds of all kinds.

Making
How are the creations made?
Glitter spends a lot of time sculpting designs to bring her creations to life. Once the original design is finished, it is kept as a prototype to be reproduced, then a mold is made from it, a resin is poured into the mold for reproduction, it must dry for a few hours, up to 72 hours depending on the realization, Once the creations are completely dry, they are removed from their molds, sanded, polished, adapted fasteners are glued on them, and they are varnished and left to dry for a minimum of 24 hours.
The creations can also be made with plastic, fabric, wood, glass, bamboo, polymer clay, ropes, shells, metal, recycling, and anything that can fall into the hands of Glitter at the moment.
Glitter is 'Flex' and also uses stainless steel, to create many of its assemblies, brackets, chains and surgical steel for sensitive people on all models of earrings.
How long does it take to make the jewelry?
The manufacturing time varies between three days and four weeks, depending on the selected items and the order flow.
Please keep in mind that most of the creations are specially designed for you, they do not yet exist, which means that there is a manufacturing time necessary to give them life.
Custom orders, Out of stock items and wholesale orders, take longer to be created, so please take this into consideration when ordering.

Product Quality
Are your jewelry the same as on pictures?
Unlike mass-produced items that strive for uniformity, each handmade item is as unique as we are, so not two are ever the same.
Creations may vary slightly from what you see, They might have flaws that are an authenticity of handmade products, making each and every piece unique with tiny little differences.
Creations may also vary slightly, due to different lighting and computer displays, of the actual colors from the pictures, but they will always look as pretty.
If you feel there is too much of a discrepancy, please do contact us so we can sort it out for you.
Will my jewelry break?
Our creations are durable, however they can get damaged if not handled with care. Due to the handmade nature of our items, they are intended primarily for adults, not children.
How can I clean my jewelry?
If you need to clean your jewelry, simply wipe it gently with a damp cloth, and pat dry. Use a very small amount of mild soap if needed. Be sure not to leave any soap residue on it, and do not immerse it in water for an extended period of time.
Gift Card & Gift Wrap
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes, we can make a gift card of the amount you wish for.
You'll get a direct link to purchase it, and you'll receive a digital card with a unique code worth the amount of your gift card.
The card will be sent to you in JPEG format by email, so you can send it to the lucky one by private message, or you can print it on a paper if you wish to send it in an envelope.
You can also ask for a message to be sent on your behalf with the order made with the card.
Gift Card are valid for a year after purchase.
Can I ask for a gift wrap?
All jewelry comes in a cute little wrap and are packed carefully to ensure that they'll arrive safely to you.
Gift wrapping is available on demand for an additional cost of 2€
A gift order can be sent to the lucky one's address with a printed note on your behalf at no extra cost if you'd like.

What shipping method do you use?
We always chose the best value for money for your package.
The postal service we use, in France, is called La Poste. It is the most important postal network in Europe.
What are your shipping costs?
Our shipping costs include handling and packing fees, as well as the cost of priority mail with tracking for all countries.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Order are shipped from France, delivery time vary based on order's destination.
Once your order is made and ready to ship, it will take the following indicative delivery time :
- For metropolitan France (Corsica, Monaco and Andorra included).
An indicative period of three to five working days. - For Europe, an indicative period of five to ten working days.
- For North America, an indicative period of eight to fourteen working days.
- For South and Central America, Oceania and Asia and the Middle East, 10 to 16 days.
- For Oceania, the Middle East and Africa, 14 to 20 days.
Note: These times are approximate, delivery companies' times can sometimes vary, especially around holidays, or events such as the pandemic.
In any case, Glitter Paradise cannot be held responsible for shipping delays by French or international postal services, when the shipping time of the order has been filled with care by Glitter Paradise.
Please be patient, some packages know how to make themselves desirable, and I am sure you will be delighted when your order arrives, sometimes it is much faster than the times indicated too!
If your order does not arrive, please first contact your local post office with the tracking code we have provided you with your order details before anything.
And, if there is no trace of your package, let us know, in this case we will open an international investigation with the postal services.

Handmade items are best when cared as they are precious and delicate little things.
Avoid liquids & impacts for a long life unless you are a superhero or a real mermaid, and do not ever store your jewelry in direct sunlight.
U should put your jewelry when your total look is done after putting cream, hairspray & perfume,
Your jewelry should always be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

Never SLEEP with your jewelry: They might get twisted
Never SHOWER with your jewelry: Water can rust them
Never SPRAYS on your jewelry: They might lose their color & shine
Never SWIM with your jewelry: Bleach and Salt do damage metals.

Never SUNBATH with your jewelry: Colors can be faded by direct sunlight.

Only items that were incorrectly sent, faulty or missing from your order can be refunded.
